Thank you for visiting our new website. Tamshell.com has recently undergone a complete redesign. You can now visit our seals section to look at new information on Spring Energized Seals, Rotary Lip Seals and Face Seals. In addition to these changes we have also updated our capabilities and equipment list. Our What’s New page will be updated periodically with new Tamshell information, such as, trade show appearances, new equipment, personnel, new certifications and vendor recognition awards. We have added much more content, like our new downloads section where visitors can find useful information about materials that can be used as references.

Our largest improvement is our comprehensive materials database. Tamshell welcomes our visitors to look up and print data sheets on most any machined plastic available on the market today. Our goal is to have Tamshell.com the number one source of information for plastic machining as well as information regarding machined plastics. To continue with the idea of Tamshell.com being the number one source of information, we have added a questions and answers page. This section includes many of the questions that we are asked on a daily basis. This page is available to help our visitors better understand what Tamshell does and to answer general questions having to do with machine plastics. At any time while on Tamshell.com you can request a quote with a push of a button or may contact our experienced sales staff with any questions you might have regarding machined plastics or our custom seal line.

As of May 2008 Tamshell registered with the Defense Department and is now an I.T.A.R (International Trade in Arms Regulations) certified supplier. Tamshell personnel can now handle ITAR sensitive material providing added security to our customer’s requirements.

In February 2008 Tamshell was recognized as a top supplier for Adams Rite and is now certified as a “Quest” approved supplier.

Tamshell has recently hired Tony Lepore as its new Quality Manager. His experience in the semi conductor industry as well as with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards has made him a valuable part of the quality system at Tamshell.

Tamshell has also hired Dustin Roberts as part of its inside sales team. He will be available for any questions you have regarding machined plastics.
