Polyshell – 19 (UHMW Blend, Black) - Proprietary UHMW blend that provides excellent resistance to wear and abrasives. It is most effective in aqueous media but also provides service in dry applications. Limited max service temperature.

Polyshell – 20 (UHMW Blend, Natural) - Proprietary UHMW blend that sets the standard for engineered polymers with a unique combination of wear and chemical resistance, low friction surface and impact strength. Limited max temperature.

Polyshell – 22 (Dark Gray) - Offers the highest heat resistance and mechanical property retention over 400 deg F of any unfilled polymer. It has better wear resistance and load carrying capabilities at extreme temperatures than any other engineering plastic.

Polyshell – 23 (Bronze Filled PTFE, Dark Brown) - Bronze filled PTFE. It combines low friction, heat and chemical resistance with improved creep strength, thermal conductivity and wear resistance.

Polyshell – 26 (Black) - Provides maximum physical strength, elongation and toughness, as well as outstanding thermal and electrical properties.

Polyshell – 27 (Dark Green) - Primarily used for wear and friction parts. It offers a very low expansion rate, low coefficient of friction and exhibits little to no slip-stick in use. It excels in severe service wear applications such as non lubricated bearings, seals, bearing cages and reciprocating compressor parts.

Polyshell – 28 (Glass Cloth Epoxy Resin, Yellow Green) - Glass cloth with epoxy resin. It offers high dielectric strength, radiation, chemical and thermal shock resistance and high tensile and flexural strength.

Polyshell – 32 (Internally Lubricated Carbon Reinforced, Black) - An internally lubricated, carbon fiber reinforced polymer blend offering low coefficient of thermal expansion and outstanding chemical and wear resistance.

Polyshell – 33 (Filled PTFE, Blue Green) - Proprietary PTFE blend with oxide fillers for improved wear resistance. It performs well in dry or lubricated environments. It is chemically inert with good dielectric properties and a wide temperature range.

Polyshell – 34 (Glass Filled PTFE, White) - A high glass filled PTFE for increased temperature and wear resistance. It is abrasive when running against soft metals.

Polyshell – 35 (UHMW Blend, White) - A proprietary UHMW blend that provides excellent resistance to wear and abrasives. It offers higher temperature resistance than PolyShell-08, -19 or -20 materials. It is most effective in aqueous media but provides service in dry running applications. FDA/USDA compliant.

Polyshell – 38 (Filled PTFE, White) - Mineral filled PTFE with unmatched dimensional stability, and excellent creep resistance. FDA compliant.

Polyshell – 43 (White) - Good impact resistance, dimensional stability and outstanding surface hardness. It is resistant to a wide range of solvents and exhibits negligible water absorption.
