Equipped with Mori Seiki CL-20's / SL-203 and HAAS SL20 CNC lathes we are capable of machining parts from 1/16” to 8” in diameter. Utilizing both live tooling and automatic bar feeders, Tamshell is able to turn multiple operations and set-ups into one, which decreases cycle times and reduces costs for our customers. Aside from our CNC lathes, Tamshell offers conventional lathe operations which provide capabilities from 1/64” to 24” in diameter. Maintaining state of the art CNC lathes is just one of the many extra steps Tamshell is willing to take in providing you with the most cost effective and efficient plastic turning.
