Plastic Turning

Equipped with Mori Seiki and HAAS CNC lathes, we are capable of machining parts from 1/32” to 8” in diameter. Utilizing both live tooling and automatic bar feeders, Tamshell is able to turn multiple operations and set-ups into one, reducing cycle times and pricing for our customers. Aside from our CNC lathes, Tamshell offers conventional lathe operations which provide capabilities from 1/64” to 24” in diameter. Maintaining state of the art CNC lathes is just one of the many extra steps Tamshell is willing to take in providing you with the most cost effective and efficient component turning. In some cases we are able to machine parts larger then the dimensions listed. Part configuration plays a vital role in the customized service Tamshell provides to our customers.
