Tamshell Corporation utilizes top of the line HAAS Vertical Milling Centers. Our milling department is comprised of VF4’s, VF2’s, Mini Mills and our recently added, GR-510 HAAS gantry mill, giving us machining capabilities up to 60” x 120” x 7”, with routing capabilities. Tamshell’s machining centers are equipped with dual spindle tilting rotary tables, providing 4th and 5th axis capabilities. With the dual spindle and the multi axis tables we are able to machine multiple parts during a single set up, reducing machining time. Utilizing the full 360 degrees of axis rotation and 240 degrees of tilt, we can reach virtually any angle. Having this type of equipment allows Tamshell to provide precision plastic components to our customers that most others would find too difficult to machine.
